I am looking for an extra set of hands to help meet production demand and open up time for to focus on other aspects of this growing business. This position offers unique flexibility and hands on creativity!
A Jewelry Production Associate for Wild Balance will be responsible for making jewelry of consistent quality, carefully transporting materials to and from the studio and delivering finished pieces as scheduled. The ideal candidate possesses fine motor skills and is adept at working with small objects, is extremely detail-oriented and follows directions with precision.
This is a primarily a remote position. After training, you will be given weekly production goals and are expected to make the jewelry on your own time and communicate handoffs. Compensation is per pair + time ($20/hr) for exchange of materials.
