If you don't have a QuickBooks account yet, we can get you set up and bring your books up to date for the current year.
If you're not ready for a QuickBooks subscription or monthly bookkeeping services but would like support improving your current bookkeeping process and understanding your business finances, a three-session bookkeeping consultation may be the right fit. See consulting options here.

A cleanup is a full review and reset of your books: fixing miscategorized transactions, reconciling accounts, organizing your systems, and correcting anything that’s out of place. A catch-up brings months of untouched bookkeeping up to date so you can see where you really stand.
30% project deposit required for project to begin. This deposit is based on the estimate provided after the initial Quickbooks review.

Monthly bookkeeping includes accurate account reconciliations and refreshed monthly financial reports so you can understand what happened, spot trends, and see the path ahead. It’s clarity you can rely on every single month.
Once your books are clean, and our systems and communication flow are in place, we’ll move into an ongoing monthly bookkeeping agreement. This includes a customized package built around your business:

(3) One-Hour Sessions: Drill down into a specific topic in your business that you’ve been needing to work through. We’re going to work together in the beginning to narrow down this topic.
Ex: Want to understand your P&L? Great. First we need to confirm its accuracy and what the system is to capture these numbers. Don’t have a system? Don’t have a P&L? Well, we just found our starting point. Don’t know what a P&L is? We found a different starting point.
