QUICKBOOKS REVIEW
If we haven’t had an intro call yet, click below for a NEW CLIENT CALL. That’s the first step.
so what is the next First step?
Shoot me a message to let me know you’re ready to launch a review!
Soon after, I’ll send over a service and confidentiality agreement for you to review along with a payment link to complete the one-time payment for the review and its deliverables.
I’ll start reviewing your books within a couple days of our agreement steps and you can expect the delivery of my written summary within 7-10 business days. This alone will be a huge step toward getting your books organized. We’ll have a plan and we can move forward from there.
What happens in the reivew?
I always begin by reviewing your overall account setup and structure and setup and review your chart of accounts organization. I’ll review each of your accounts for transaction volume and reconciliations status. I’ll dive in your reports and take an in depth look at each active account. I’ll also be reviewing for your business’s typical transaction volume and workflow complexity.
No transactions will be edited, added, or deleted as part of this process.
What will the results look like?
The results of a QuickBooks review are different for every business. Reviews are typically structured by account, with observations and recommendations to get each account cleaned up whether you handle the cleanup yourself or work with a professional. I will also include an estimate for project cost to get your books up to date.
