A QuickBooks review is a one-time, in-depth look at your existing QBO account. I’ll evaluate your setup, workflows, and financial data to determine whether your books are structured accurately and operating efficiently.
The goal is clarity, understanding what’s working and what isn't, and what it would take to get your books running cleanly and consistently.

Soon after, I’ll send a service and confidentiality agreement for your review along with a link to complete the $275, one-time payment for the review and its deliverables. Your one task then is to invite me into books through your QuickBooks account, I can take it from there.
I’ll begin reviewing your QuickBooks within a couple days after agreement and you can expect the delivery of my written summary within 7-10 business days. This review alone will be a huge step toward getting your books organized. We’ll then have a plan and we can move forward from there.
What happens in the reivew?
I always start by reviewing the overall account setup and structure and review your chart of accounts organization. I’ll dive into your reports and take an in-depth look at each active account, scanning for issues, outliers and reconciliations status. I’ll also be reviewing for your business’s typical transaction volume and workflow complexity.
No transactions will be edited, added, or deleted as part of this process.
What will the results look like?
Reviews are typically structured by account, with observations and recommendations for to clean each account, whether you handle the cleanup yourself or work with a professional. The results of a QuickBooks review are different for every business and the document will be tailored to your business and your needs.
I will also include an estimated project scope and cost for getting your books up to date and notes on what monthly bookkeeping might look like for us.
